You are so proud of your training schedule of losing weight. With such schedule of daily, weekly and monthly training and practice, you are a person with strong will. Congratulations! However, what about holidays? You wanted to please yourself with some days off. Never do that for the good because of a simple reason that it will sweep all your efforts of losing weight away.Try to stay active.

You can plan ahead for your holidays. If you are travelling, ask the hotel where you’ll stay whether they have an exercise room. Or you may search for walking, running or park trails nearby. If that’s not an option, you may search for nearby gym and you can exercise there. So try to plan it before your departure even usually plans are changed but at least you have the commitment to exercise. It will make you easier to stick with it even the plan have changed because you will find whether you have any free time to do the exercise.

Talking about free time, you have to see if there are any opportunities for you to do some training. Because you are on holiday, you will have a lot of unpredictable plans. So when your exercise time is disturbed by some events, you can search other opportunities to do the training. Better late than never, right? Or you may use the conditions when you have activities with your family for example. You can set up a game of football, tag or hide and seek with your kids. You just have to find any moments to have the training. You can do not only some activities with your families or kids but also the training itself. Kill two birds with one stone.
